Why Homebot

The US homeownership market is the largest asset class in the world at $30 trillion but is essentially an “unmanaged” asset. This market is doing well at holding on pricing of home and property values.  Movement is happening as people begin to get used to the idea that 2%, 3%, and 4% interest rates without buying them down considerably, was a bit of a phenomenon of sorts and we likely will not be going back - and real estate needs to go on!


Homebot is a platform that keeps me updated on my basic home value based on the information I input and other information to assist with my financial picture surrounding my most valuable asset, my house!  I receive an update about once a month.  To date, we haven't made the move but we plan to honestly, the value Homebot reports are basic and don't necessarily consider all of my upgrades and changes,  it gives me a good starting point to make an educated decision when I am ready.

If you are anything like me, when you run into an old friend and the ask you how your kids are doing, you immediatley go into a passionate monologue about the cutest thing your little furbaby did just that morning! The website is appropriately named Bring Fido and is super user-friendly. Just visit the site, search up your address, and VOILA!, you have a list of pet-friendly activities including parks, restaurants, and hotels! If you weren't sure which activity to choose first, each listing shows how high it scored on the prestigious, tried-and-true, 5-bone scale rating. But since you're already here, I'll share a few adventures Winston and Reggie are looking forward to checking out this season!
